Overview #
The Xponent Stack (inside Xvault) is our managed plugin library. Instead of sourcing, uploading, and licensing premium plugins yourself, you browse the library and request activation with a single click. Plugins are licensed by Xponent and included with your plan.
📌 Note: The Xvault plugin library is available on managed WordPress plans (the full premium library is included on the higher tiers). Static sites don’t use WordPress plugins (static site management is being added to the Xponent management app and will be available there soon). See your care plan for which tiers include the full library.
This article explains how to use the interface and what to expect once you submit a request.
Prerequisites #
- Required permissions: Administrator access on your WordPress site
- Plan: a managed WordPress plan (see your care plan for library availability)
Step 1: Access The Xponent Stack #
Log in to your WordPress admin and open the Xvault menu item. Click the tab labelled “The Xponent Stack & License Requests.”
Step 2: Browse the Library #
You’ll see a grid of available plugins, categorised by function (Core & Design, Marketing, Security, and more).
- Target Stack plugins: marked with a blue badge. Pre-licensed, optimised, and fully supported by our team.
- Other plugins: available to request, but supported on a best-effort basis (see How to Contact Support & Response Times).
Step 3: Select Your Plugins #
Two ways to request:
- Single request: click “Request This” on a plugin card.
- Bulk request: tick the checkboxes to select multiple plugins, or use “Select All” in the batch bar.
Step 4: Submit the Request #
Click “Request Selected Activation(s).” Xvault automatically:
- Builds a request with your site URL, your identity, and the selected plugins
- Emails the request to our support team (su*****@********co.za)
- Opens a ticket in our helpdesk
Confirm It Worked #
- You should see the confirmation message: “Activation request ticket sent successfully to su*****@********co.za!”
- If the direct email fails, Xvault offers a fallback link that opens your email client with the request pre-filled.
Troubleshooting #
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Plugin not in the list | Not part of our current catalog | Contact support to request it be added |
| Request fails / no email sent | SMTP not configured on your site | Check your site’s email sending setup; our team can assist |
| Slow response | Plugin is outside the Target Stack | Best-effort support applies: see response times article |
