Understanding Your Care Plan: X1-X6 + Care+

Overview #

Xponent hosting is priced as an X-rung (the box, licensed software, and automated maintenance) plus an optional Care+ add-on (the work we do by hand, on a capacity basis). That split is deliberate: you always see exactly what the infrastructure costs and exactly what human time you are buying.

The X-Rungs: Hardware + Software + Automation #

Each X-rung bundles hosting infrastructure, the licensed plugin stack, and automated maintenance into one monthly price. The box does the repetitive work; you are not billed hourly for it.

A free .co.za or .com domain is included on every rung (X1-X6) with a year of hosting.

What Every X-Rung Includes #

• Hosting on GridPane (OpenLiteSpeed + PHP 8.4+), Hetzner DE/FI infrastructure
• The licensed plugin stack: Elementor Pro, JetEngine, Fluent Forms, FluentCRM (X3+), and the rest of the Xponent Stack, licensed by us and included at no line-item cost
• Automated maintenance: core/plugin/theme updates, security patching (PatchStack), daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring
• Support access at the response time for your rung (see How to Contact Support & Response Times)

The X-number covers the machine and the autopilot. It deliberately prices in no human hours.

Care+: The Human Work, Capacity-Billed #

Care+ is the add-on for the work that cannot be automated: design, development, copy, SEO, content, and strategic work. Three tiers set monthly capacity, not a menu whitelist.

• Care+ rides on top of any X-rung. Recommended on X4+ (soft gate), optional on X2-X3.
• Tiers define how much work fits in a month, not a fixed menu: within your capacity, you direct the priorities.
• Capacity is allocated per calendar month. Unused capacity does not carry over to the next month (see Getting Started for the full terms).

Which Rung Is Right #

If your site grows past its rung, we re-quote and move you up with no setup penalty.

Licensing Policy #

Premium plugins included in your plan are licensed to Xponent and are included for use on your site while you are an active managed client. Licenses are not transferable: on exit, premium plugins are removed, or you may purchase your own license. This is how we include premium tools at no extra line-item cost.

How to Upgrade #

Contact support to move between rungs or add Care+. Upgrades are pro-rated from the date of change.
