Building & Managing Forms #
- WordPress admin → Fluent Forms → Add New: build with the drag-and-drop builder.
- Embed: copy the shortcode/block into any Elementor page, or use the Fluent Forms Elementor widget.
- Submissions: view and export submissions from the Fluent Forms admin screen.
- Notifications: forms can email you on submission; we configure this on request.
What You Can Build (examples) #
Fluent Forms handles a lot more than a contact box. A few forms we build on request:
- A multi-step application form: job applications or course registrations with file uploads and a progress bar, all in one form.
- A gated lead-capture form: a “get the guide” form that adds the subscriber to a FluentCRM list automatically.
- A booking or payment form: event registration or a deposit form that charges via Stripe/PayPal at submit.
