Managing Your CRM #
- Contacts & lists: manage in WordPress admin → FluentCRM.
- Campaigns: draft and send from the FluentCRM composer; we can build templates.
- Automation requests: describe the flow you want (“email everyone who buys product X after 3 days”) and we build it.
What You Can Build (examples) #
FluentCRM’s automation engine turns site events into email sequences. A few real flows we set up:
- A lead nurture sequence: when someone submits a contact or quote form, they’re added to a “Leads” list and receive a 3-email introduction over a week.
- A post-purchase welcome + upsell: when someone buys a product, they’re sent a welcome email, then a “you might also like” recommendation a few days later.
- An abandoned-cart reminder: when a visitor adds to cart but doesn’t check out, a reminder email fires after 24 hours and again at 72 hours.
- A segment-based newsletter: automatically keep different lists (customers, leads, courseStudents) pointed at the right content, no manual tagging.
