Overview #
Speed is the foundation of a good website experience. Xponent runs a layered caching and performance stack so your site loads fast without you having to manage technical details.
The Xponent Stack (Performance Layer) #
| Layer | What it does |
|---|---|
| OpenLiteSpeed + LSCache | Full-page caching at the server edge: serves repeat visitors instantly |
| Redis object cache | Speeds up WordPress database queries and repeated operations |
| PHP-FPM tuning | Optimized worker pools sized to your plan and traffic |
| Image optimization | Compressed, modern-format images via ShortPixel |
| CSS/JS optimization | Minified and combined assets for fewer, smaller requests |
How We Manage It #
All performance layers are configured and maintained by our team on your GridPane node. You don’t adjust server caches yourself: if you need a cache purge or a setting change, request it via support and we handle it on the control panel.
What You Should Know #
- New content appears instantly: we configure cache purging on publish, so your updates show immediately.
- Speed is monitored: we track Core Web Vitals as part of site health (see Site Speed & Core Web Vitals).
- Heavy plugins affect speed: every plugin you add costs performance. The Xponent Stack is chosen to balance capability and speed.
